About This

• Consider Your Dog's Breed: Measure your dog's neck and consider the donut dog cone width and shield height to ensure effective wound protection. It is ideal for most breeds but less suitable for long-nosed or highly flexible dogs. The pet cone should extend past the mouth for full safety
• Protective Shield Care: The plastic shield is made of plastic and can be deformed if bitten. Redirect your dog's attention with toys and treats to prevent damage. If deformed, press with a flat object to restore shape. Avoid extreme temperatures and supervise your dog in confined spaces for safety
• Ease Your Dog’s Adjustment: Introduce the cone gradually and associate it with good experiences like treats and calm activities. Supervised short-wear sessions help reduce stress, ensuring your dog stays comfortable and less likely to remove the cone during recovery. If the collar is slightly too large and slips off easily, try securing it to your dog's regular collar. This can help keep the recovery collar in place and prevent it from falling off
• Effortless Inflation & Maintenance: Pinch the valve's base for inflation using a self-purchased pump or your mouth. Adjust air pressure to balance firmness and comfort, avoiding seam stress. Quickly seal the valve after inflation, and trim your dog's nails to minimize the risk of punctures
• Dog Cone Alternative: Unlike traditional dog cones, inflatable dog collar offers freedom of movement and clear visibility. The anti-lick shield prevents access to wounds, reducing stress and discomfort while keeping your furniture and walls safe from bumps. Crafted from breathable Oxford fabric, the lightweight dog surgery cone doubles as a soft pillow. Perfect for post-surgery recovery, nail trims, or protecting wounds with optimal comfort
